General rules
When using all caps, all the letters have a uniform rectangular shape that makes it harder to scan content [1] and reduces reading speed by 10% [2]
- Avoid using all caps in headings, long-form content or for more than 2-3 consecutive words [3]
- Use consistent uppercase letters (sentence case): at the beginning of each phrase or bullet point
Rather than using all-caps use bold for essential words or groups of words
Avoid this

All caps used to describe benefits without accents and on the same line as the description make it hard to decipher
