Capitalization

General rules

  • Never write all-caps text as it makes it harder to scan content [1]
  • Use consistent uppercase letters (sentence case): at the beginning of each phrase or bullet point

Instead of using all-caps phrases use bold for essential words or groups of words

Benefits are highlighted and easy to read, without caps

Avoid this

All-caps used to describe benefits without accents and on the same line as the description make it hard to decipher
